Once you’ve found a layout that works for you, it’s time to fill out an application. You’ll need to fill out the entire application leaving no question blank. What you’ll need:

• Identification (Driver’s license, passport, or other proof of residency.)
• Paystubs / Bank Statements
• References / Rental History

A background check, as well as a credit check, may also be done as part of the application process. For this, you will need your social security number. After you have submitted your online application, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

Once your application has come back approved, you will then schedule your move-in date with a leasing consultant from the office. They will let you know about all the items you will need to bring in on move-in day. This will include rental insurance and any other documents needed for accounts you will need to set up.

Now it’s time to E-sign sign your lease.
